"Mystery Shopper" Inspections

These are inspections that we can do to verify that the site management staff is doing their utmost to rent units and follow company policies. The inspections can also be carried out for commercial properties to assist in ensuring the site staff are maintaining company policy and making every effort needed to ensure vacant space is rented.
